MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 07

SUBJECT        :           Clarification on Section 3, A.O. No. 1, Series of 2017, re: Suspension of Administrative Order Nos. 03,04,06 and 07, Series of 2016 and Amendment of Sections 19 and 25 of A.O. No. 03, Series of 2012 Amending Sections 60 and 71 of A.O. No. 07, Series of 2011.

Section 3, par. 3 of A.O. No. 1, Series of 2017 provides that "No MOV shall be issued by the LBP prior to its receipt of the ASP, the masterlist of ARBs, the ARBs' oaths and the LADIS".

Please be guided that the masterlist of ARBs is not an input document to the valuation process, hence, is not a requirement in the issuance of the Memorandum of Valuation (MOV) by the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP).

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
