JOINT DAR-LBP-DENR CIRCULAR NO. 12-94

SUBJECT    :     Prescribing the Manner of Certification Required in DAR Administrative Order No. 01, series of 1993, Annex "A", Section C-6

In order to ensure uniformity and acceptability of supporting papers in the documentation of untitled private agricultural lands, the certification required in DAR Administrative Order No. 01, series of 1993, Annex "A", Section C-6 shall be prepared in the following manner:    TCacIE

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to certify that the tract of land covered by the survey designated as __________________________________________ (Survey Number or Lot Number & Project Number) is within an area classified as alienable and disposable under BF Project No. ___________ and Land Classification Map No. _________ dated ______________________ and that the name of the survey claimant thereto at the time of survey and approval of said survey is ________________________ according to the records in this Office.

Issued this __________ day of __________________ 19____, upon request of ___________________ who has an interest in the aforementioned property as _____________________.    HAIaEc

Note:  This certification is valid only when the seal of this Office is affixed. Any alteration or any form of forgery attendant to this certification shall hold the requesting party "prima facie" liable.

In view of R.A. 6940, the DAR shall only cover, and, therefore, require the foregoing certification on lands which have been classified as alienable and disposable before 16 April 1960.    aCSEcA
