DAR MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 02-11

SUBJECT    :     Revised Rate of Fees and Charges

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 197 which provides for an allowable increase of 20% and based on the average inflation rate of 5.8% for the last eight (8) years (2003-2010), the following rate of fees and charges of the Department is hereby upgraded as follows:    aESHDA

A pauper litigant shall be exempt from the payment of required fees pursuant to Section 21 of Rule 3 and Section 19 of Rule 141 of the Rules of Court, and Section 13 of DAR Memorandum Circular No. 12, Series of 2009 (DAR Manual on Legal Assistance).

This Circular supersedes DAR MC No. 15, Series of 2000 and takes effect 15 days after its publication.
