JOINT CFAR-DA-DAR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 07-98

SUBJECT    :     Joint Management Committee

Pursuant to letter E, page 3 of the Tripartite Memorandum of Agreement signed by the Secretaries of DA and DAR and the Chairman of CFAR on February 16, 1998, representatives shall be designated to the Joint Management Committee that shall oversee the execution of the said Agreement and subsequent ones entered into in the implementation of this Agreement including approval of fund releases and determination of outputs as follows:   Cdpr

1.         Felix R. Gonzales                           — CFAR

2.         Usec. Rolando R. Querubin           — DAR

3.         Dir. Dennis B. Araullo                   — BFAR

The Joint Management Committee shall be headed by Felix R. Gonzales of CFAR.

The Joint Committee shall formulate guidelines, terms and conditions of project implementation and monitoring. It shall submit periodic reports to the Secretaries of DA and DAR and to the Chairman of CFAR.

CFAR shall organize and maintain the Secretariat of the Joint Committee.

This order shall take effect immediately.
