LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 45

TO                :     The Secretary of National Defense

Letter of Instructions No. 41, dated November 27, 1972, is hereby amended so that paragraphs 2 and 3 thereof, will read as follows:

"The deadlines for landowners in submitting the above-mentioned sworn statements to the PC Provincial Commander shall be as follows:

1.      Group A

Landowners possessing agricultural land planted to any
crop exceeding a total area of fifty (50) hectares in one
or more parcels                                                                     January 30, 1973

2.      Group B

Landowners possessing agricultural land planted to any
crop exceeding a total area of twenty-four (24) hectares
but not more than fifty (50) hectares in one or more
parcels                                                                                  January 30, 1973

3.      Group C

Landowners possessing agricultural and planted to any
crop exceeding a total area of twelve (12) hectares but
not more than twenty-four (24) hectares in one or more
parcels                                                                                  January 25, 1973

4.      Group D

Landowners possessing agricultural land planted to any
crop exceeding a total area of seven (7) hectares
but not more than twelve (12) in one or more
parcels                                                                                  January 25, 1973

5.      Group E

Landowners possessing agricultural land planted to any
crop with a total of seven (7) hectares or less, in one
or more parcels                                                                        January 25, 1973

6.      Group F

Landowners in any of the above-mentioned categories,
possessing land highly suitable for urban and industrial
purposes, now or about to be used for such purposes,

if in Group A and B                                                            January 30, 1973

if in Group C, D and E                                                        January 25, 1973

The PC Provincial Commander shall submit directly to you the above-mentioned statements accompanied by a summary sheet containing the names of the reporting landowners and the areas of their landholdings, not later than the following dates:

1.         Group A and B Statements                                            February 10, 1973

2.         Group C, D and E Statements                                          January 30, 1973

You shall submit these statements to the Department of Agrarian Reforms immediately upon your receipt of the same."
