LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 52

TO                :     The Secretary of National Defense

Letter of Instructions No. 41, dated November 27, 1972, as amended by Letter of Instructions No. 45, dated December 6, 1972, is hereby further amended by extending the period for the filing of the sworn statements by landowners, thus:

1.         Landowners possessing agricultural land planted to any crop with a total area of 100 hectares or more in one or more parcels — January 31, 1973.

2.         Landowners possessing agricultural and planted to any crop with the total area of not less than 100 hectares — June 30, 1973.

The sworn statements shall be submitted to the Municipal Mayors who shall in turn submit them to the PC Provincial Commander.

The Municipal Mayors are hereby authorized to notarize the sworn statements without charges. Municipal Judges, when notarizing such sworn statements shall not collect any fee for their services.
