DAR MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 11-88

SUBJECT    :     Clarifying Memorandum Circular No. 8-88, Series of 1988 Re:
                           Valuation of Agricultural Lands Voluntarily Offered for Sale By
                           Landowners Pursuant to R.A. 6657

           Memorandum Circular No. 8-88, Series of 1988 states in part:

"All voluntarily offered lands, except those already valued under E.O. 229 formula embodied in Administrative Order No. 5, Series of 1988, shall now be valued under RA 6657 formula on valuation. These shall include lands offered prior to June 15, 1988, the value of which have not yet been determined."

            The exception referred to as "those already valued under EO 229 formula" in the above quoted statement are the lands voluntarily offered on or before June 15, 1988 whose value had already been determined and recommended by MARO before October 14, 1988 as shown by the summary investigation report (CARP Form No. 2.1) for VOS.   EAIaHD
