DAR MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 03-92

SUBJECT    :     Lecture on the Substantive and Procedural Aspects of the Agrarian
                           Laws, Including the CARL, R.A. No. 6657.

TO                :     The Regional Directors, PARADS and RARADS

In the interest of the public service, the Provincial Agrarian Reform Adjudicators and Regional Agrarian Reform Adjudicators are instructed to avail of the legal expertise of Justice Milagros A. German, Adviser On legal Affairs and Senior Special Consultant, Office of the Secretary, by inviting her to a lecture before the lawyers in your region at a date and place to be designated by you.   SCHIcT

Expenses for transportation, meals and hotel accommodation for her and aide shall be on the account of the Region inviting her, or at the expense of the DAR National Capital Region, as the case may be.

A request to this effect is to be sent to me, copy furnished Justice German for her information and guidance, ten (10) days in advance.

This memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
