DAR-LRA JOINT MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR

SUBJECT    :     Monitoring of Emancipation Patents
                           (EP) and Certificate of Land Ownership
                           Awards' (CLOA) Registration and Distribution

Date             :     March 11, 1993

            In order to ensure that the monthly accomplishment report of the Provincial Agrarian Reform Officer (PARO) on EP/CLOA distribution shall tally with the monthly accomplishment report of the Register of Deeds (ROD) on EP/CLOA registration, it is imperative that the monthly physical accomplishment report of both the PARO and the ROD be properly coordinated and monitored by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) through its Provincial Agrarian Reform Officers and the Land Registration Authority through its Register of Deeds.   ASCTac

            For this purpose, the attached joint report form should be accomplished and jointly signed by the Provincial Agrarian Reform Officers (PARO) and Registers of Deeds (ROD) concerned on a monthly basis to be submitted not later than the 10th day of the succeeding month.

            The Register of Deeds shall prepare the report in quadruplicate and after the report has been duly accomplished by both parties, the PARO shall cause the distribution/mailing of the same as follows:

Original      —      Office of the Undersecretary, Field Operations Group

1 Copy       —      Office of the Program Manager, LRA-CARP

1 Copy       —      ROD File

1 Copy       —      PARO File

            This Joint Memorandum Circular amends Joint Memorandum dated 14 December 1989.   DTAIaH
