DAR MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 02-99

 

TO                :     Provincial Agrarian Reform Officers Municipal Agrarian Reform Officers All
                            Concerned Personnel

SUBJECT    :     Information Dissemination On The Approved Administrative Orders (AOs) And
                           Memorandum Circulars (MCs)

 

In the interest of the service and for field personnel to be properly apprised of the recently approved DAR Administrative Orders (AOs) and Memorandum Circulars (MCs), all Provincial Agrarian Reform Officers (PAROs) are directed to conduct policy briefings and fora in their respective DAR provincial offices.   DcHSEa

The main objective of the policy briefings and fora, which should be held on a quarterly basis at the least, is to keep DAR's field personnel abreast with the new policy guidelines and implementing rules and regulations (IRRs) issued by the Secretary, and to clarify gray areas or conflicting interpretations of existing IRRs.   CITcSH

The PAROs are likewise directed to include said information dissemination as part of key result area (KRA) in their yearly performance contract.
