DAR MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 08-00

SUBJECT    :     Certifying Case Nos. A-9999-017-97 and A-9999-142-97 as Flashpoint
                           Cases

In view of the character of the cases, which facts and circumstances fall squarely within the definition provided by Memorandum Circular No. 14, series of 1997, the following cases, to wit:   ACcaET

1.         IN RE: APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION OF CENTRAL AZUCARERA DE DON PEDRO (Case No. A-9999-017-97); and

2.         IN RE: APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION CLEARANCE PURSUANT TO DAR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 06, SERIES OF 1994, INVOLVING PARCELS OF LAND COVERED BY CLOA NO. 6654, LOTS NO. 31, 24, 21, 32, 28 AND 34 LOCATED AT BRGYS. COGUNAN AND LUMBANGAN, NASUGBU, BATANGAS WITH AN AGGREGATE AREA OF 51.5472 HAS. (Case No. A-9999-142-97)

are hereby certified, as FLASHPOINT CASES.

Thus, the Director of the Special Concerns Staff (SCS) is hereby mandated to acquire jurisdiction over said cases and to cause the immediate resolution of the same, likewise in accordance with the procedures provided for in the above-cited Memorandum Circular.   HIcTDE

This Circular takes effect immediately.
