DAR MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 07-00

SUBJECT    :     Addendum to MC No. 05, Series of 2000 on the Payment of RATA to DAR
                           Officials

This circular is being issued as an addendum to MC no. 05 series of 2000 to include the following provision:   acAIES

"Section 8a.  Officials and employees enumerated in Section 3 who are on vacation, sick or maternity leave of absence, with or without pay for one full calendar month or more shall not be entitled to RATA"
