SUBJECT    :     Supplemental/Clarificatory Guidelines on DAR Memorandum Circular No. 2, Series of 2005 (Full Implementation and Continuation of the Land Acquisition and Distribution Process Pursuant to the Provisions of DAR Memorandum Circular Nos. 6 and 9, Series of 2004 and the Supreme Court Ruling in the Cuenca Case)

By way of clarification, the phrase "acquisition and distribution process of lands subject of CARP Coverage" as contemplated in DAR M.C. No. 2, Series of 2005 shall mean to include the installation of qualified agrarian reform beneficiaries pursuant to existing laws, rules and regulations.    aSTAcH

This Memorandum Circular amends or repeals all issuances inconsistent herewith.
