DAR MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 01-07

TO                :     All Regional Directors and Provincial Agrarian Reform Officers

SUBJECT    :     Conduct of Monthly Meeting with Congressmen and Heads of Local Government Units and Farmer Leaders

          In line with the Department's efforts to strengthen its partnership with various sectors involved in the implementation of CARP, and to win their support for the program and its major legislative support measures, e.g., the "CARP" extension bill and the annual budget or appropriation for agrarian reform, among others, you are hereby directed to meet with your respective Congressmen, Governors, Mayors and Farmer Leaders on a monthly basis, to coordinate, discuss and resolve problems or share information on agrarian reform developments in your respective area.   CcAITa

         For purposes of updating us at the Central Office on your pertinent activities, please fill out the attached report form and submit the same on or before the 10th day of each month to the Office of the Secretary, c/o The Head of the Legislative Affairs, DAR, Diliman, Quezon City.
