SUBJECT    :     Suspension of Issuance of New Permits and Renewal of Old Permits to Cut, Remove and Dispose Timber in DAR Settlement Projects Under Joint DAR-DENR Administrative Order No. 3, Series of 1988

In view of the emerging national consensus against the cutting of trees within forest lands which are under the control of government, the issuance of new permits and the renewal of old permits in favor of private persons/firms to cut, remove and dispose timber within the DAR Settlements Projects under Joint DAR-DENR Administrative Order No. 3, series of 1988, is hereby suspended insofar as the DAR participation therein is concerned.   DHEcCT
